欧米亚集团与益瑞石集团正式宣布成立各占50:50的技术合资公司,以加强微米级纤维化纤维素(mfc)在各领域及应用上的研究和开发。合资公司将欧米亚的mfc和fiberleantm相关技术整合到一个平台发展，命名为fiberlean®技术，并于2016年5月1日开始运作。
